Levelling up is a long-term ambition with targets set for 2030. To create opportunity in a meaningful way for communities we need to work at different levels to make sure our delivery is targeted and suits the needs of local places. Our county-wide approach sets out our vision for Warwickshire and our place plans translate this whilst taking into account the different priorities each District and Borough has.
The Stratford-on-Avon Place Plan sets out how we will create opportunity with the Stratford-on-Avon Social Inclusion Partnership, which has been supporting priority communities since 2014. There are four priority themes:
- Reducing rural inequalities
- Improving health & wellbeing
- Empowering and strengthening local communities
- Improving education & skills and increasing financial resilience
